HAMMER & TONGUE Since starting up Hammer & Tongue night six years ago in a city with no grassroots poetry scene, Cowley Road residents Jim Thomas and Steve Larkin's poetry night has grown into the biggest spoken-word slam promoter in the country. At OX4 they will be presenting a youth poetry slam in George and Delilah's, between 3 and 5pm.
